    Rescheduled to 11/17 from 5/26

Are the charges for disinfecting the machines and changing filters due to COVID usual and customary? Are you seeing an increase in these charges? How do you audit these charges? John Maneth will answer these questions with your help.

This is an interactive event! John's requested you bring your redacted restoration invoices, with sketch if possible, and he'll go over it with you and the members.  If you would like to email your redacted invoice, please do so at admin@gkcca.com. Otherwise, please bring your redacted invoice and sketch, to the meeting.

John had his own ServiceMaster restoration company for 24 years, before being recruited by Pilot and Allstate to become a CAT adjuster, and then became an Allstate NET adjuster for 7 years. He headed a Staff in-house water mitigation review team, for Allstate, reviewing every water mitigation invoice over $2500.00, for the southwest quarter of the United States. He's handled hurricanes, hail, windstorm, tornado, frozen pipes, flood, and liability claims. He now has his own adjusting firm.
